Acceptance
By accessing think-network.digital or engaging Think Network for an application audit of travel expense claims, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.
Services described
Pages on this site describe professional audit and review services related to travel expense applications. Descriptions, timelines, and rates are informational. A binding engagement exists only after written acceptance of a scope and estimate exchanged by email or signed letter.
No professional guarantee of reimbursement
Our findings support your internal reimbursement decisions. We do not guarantee that any claim will be approved, paid, or accepted by a tax authority, insurer, or third party. Final payment decisions remain with your organization.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and original materials are owned by Think Network or used under license. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without permission. Claim documents you send us remain your property; we use them only to perform the agreed review.
Client materials
You confirm you have the right to share travel expense applications and supporting files for review. You should remove unrelated personal data where practicable. We handle submitted materials under our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Think Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from reliance on audit findings beyond the scope stated in the engagement letter. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

We aim to keep service descriptions current. Content may change without notice. The website does not process payments or create automatic bookings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
