Refund & cancellation policy
When fees for travel expense application audits may be refunded, reduced, or retained after work has started.
Scope
This policy applies to professional fees for Think Network engagements: travel expense application audits, policy alignment reviews, pre-submission claim checks, and batch reconciliations. This site does not sell physical products, subscriptions, or software licenses.
Estimate acceptance
Work begins after you accept a written estimate. Until acceptance, no fee is due. Informal website inquiries create no payment obligation.
Deposits
For engagements above ₩1,500,000 we may require a 30% deposit to reserve review capacity. Deposits are credited against the final invoice.
Full refund eligibility
A full refund of amounts paid (including deposit) is available if:
- We cancel the engagement for reasons within our control before review work starts; or
- You cancel in writing more than 5 business days before the agreed start date and no document review has begun
Partial refunds
If you cancel within 5 business days of the start date, or after intake of the full claim batch has begun, we may retain a portion of fees reflecting time already spent on sample review, setup, and reading completed to date. The retained amount will be itemized.
Non-refundable items
- Fees for completed pre-submission checks once findings have been delivered
- Portions of work already delivered (findings packs, alignment memos, reconciliation workbooks)
- Third-party costs expressly approved by you in writing (for example, certified courier of original documents), if any
Work already started
Once reviewers have opened client claim files under an accepted estimate, fees for hours or milestones completed are payable. Unused prepaid amounts after delivery of agreed findings may be refunded on a proportional basis if the engagement is ended early by mutual written agreement.
Rescheduling
You may request one reschedule of the start date without penalty if notice is given at least 3 business days in advance and capacity allows. Shorter notice may be treated as a cancellation under the partial-refund rules.
No-shows and missing documents
If the claim pack is not provided within 10 business days of the agreed intake date, we may close the engagement and refund prepaid amounts minus time spent on reminders and sample work already performed.
Refund process and timing
Email hello@think-network.digital with the engagement reference, reason, and payment details used. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original transfer method within 15 business days after confirmation. Bank processing times may add a few days.
