Privacy policy
How Think Network collects, uses, and retains personal information related to inquiries and audit engagements.
Data controller

Data we collect
- Inquiry forms: name, email, selected audit type, claim-count notes, and message content
- Engagement files: travel expense applications and supporting documents you send, which may include traveler names, trip dates, merchant details, and contact information appearing on receipts
- Technical data: essential cookies and, if accepted, limited analytics cookies (see Cookies)
We do not ask for payment card numbers through this website.
Purposes
- Responding to audit inquiries and preparing estimates
- Performing agreed application audits and delivering findings
- Meeting accounting, tax, and legal record requirements
- Improving site clarity when analytics cookies are accepted
Legal bases
We process inquiry and engagement data to take steps at your request before a contract and to perform the engagement; to comply with applicable law; and, for optional analytics, based on consent expressed through the cookie banner.
Retention
- Inquiry messages: up to 24 months after the last correspondence, unless a longer period is required for an active dispute
- Engagement working files: retained for the period stated in the engagement letter (typically 3–5 years) for quality and audit-trail purposes, then deleted or anonymized
- Cookie identifiers: according to the durations in the cookies table
Sharing
We use hosting and email providers as processors under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Korean law or lawful authority request.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside Korea, we seek appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable Korean privacy requirements and inform clients when engagement files will be processed abroad.
Your rights
Subject to Korean personal information protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing the stored preference and revisiting the banner settings described on the cookies page. To exercise rights, email hello@think-network.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) in Korea.
Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect files in transit and at rest. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive identifiers in inquiry forms.
