How we price

Rates below are guidance for budgeting. We do not take payment on this website. After you send a sample of claims, we confirm a written estimate before work begins.

Travel expense application audit

From ₩850,000 per batch for a modest set of domestic claims (typically under 25 applications with clear scans).

International packs, multi-currency receipts, or poorly scanned documents increase the fee. Very large month-end batches are quoted as a fixed package or a capped day rate.

Policy alignment review

From ₩1,200,000 for policy reading plus 15–30 sample claims and a written alignment memo.

Pre-submission claim check

From ₩180,000 for a single traveler pack; small team packs (up to five related claims) are quoted together.

Batch claim reconciliation

Priced against your close calendar — often a day rate of ₩650,000 or a fixed close package when the claim count and export format are known.

What changes the estimate

• Number of applications and average attachments per claim
• Mix of domestic vs. overseas travel
• Quality of scans and whether rate tables are complete
• Need for an on-site kickoff or wrap-up in Jung-gu
• Tight deadlines tied to payroll or board reporting dates

Deposits

For engagements above ₩1,500,000 we may request a 30% deposit to reserve review capacity. Deposit and cancellation terms are in our refund policy.
