For a typical overnight claim between Seoul and another Korean city, reviewers look for:

1. Trip purpose — meeting name, site visit, or internal project code
2. Transport proof — KTX/SRT tickets or highway toll receipts matching the dates
3. Lodging invoice — guest name, nights, and room rate before taxes
4. Meal receipts — dated, with merchant name; group meals need headcount notes
5. Local transport — taxi receipts or transit card statements when amounts are material

Common gaps

The most frequent missing item is not a receipt — it is a date mismatch between the lodging night and the meeting agenda. The second is a meal receipt that covers more people than the policy allows without an attendee list.
